Are you reliable, hardworking, and ready to take on a physically active role? Our company is looking for a Material Handler to support daily production operations and ensure high-quality finished goods. You'll work closely with the Plant Manager and Supervisor and play a key role in blending, repackaging, and moving materials throughout the facility.

🔧 What You’ll Do
• Assist the Plant Manager with daily production duties
• Operate a forklift to move products between warehouse locations
• Safely handle hazardous & non-hazardous chemicals during repackaging
• Repackage chemical materials from container to container
• Blend chemical components in tanks to create finished products
• Load and unload tanker trucks using hoses and pumps
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Complete required paperwork with clear reading and writing
• Perform physical labor, including:
o Standing for long periods
o Lifting up to 50 lbs
o Walking throughout the warehouse
o Grinding while wearing a respirator and Tyvek suit

🎓 Skills & Qualifications
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Forklift certification preferred
• HAZMAT certification preferred
• Ability to read, write, follow instructions, and work independently
• Must be able to work afternoon shift after probationary period (non-optional)

🕒 Work Schedule
Probationary Period (30 Days):
• Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Daylight)
After Onboarding:
• 50-hour work weeks, Monday–Friday
• 4 weeks daylight: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• 2 weeks afternoons: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
