Position: Administrative Assistant / Project Coordinator
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30–4:30
Pay: Based on experience
We’re looking for an organized, detail-loving multitasker to keep our projects running smoothly. In this role, you’ll help coordinate contractors, organize project schedules, handle documentation, track expenses, and support everyday office operations. If you enjoy keeping things on track and working with a team, you’ll fit right in!
What You’ll Do:
• Coordinate contractors and project schedules
• Prepare bids, agreements, and invoices
• Handle purchase orders, billing, expenses, and travel arrangements
• Maintain job folders, spreadsheets, and project logs
• Assist with general office duties and communication
What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication + organization skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Ability to read basic drawings/technical docs
• Great customer service and time management
• Diploma or GED required; higher education a bonus
