**Job Description:**
Wayne Dalton Dalton is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Worker specializing in Roll Forming. As a key member of our manufacturing operation, you will be responsible for stacking slats from the roll forming machine during the evening shift. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the production process of high-quality products in a dynamic work environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Operate and monitor the roll forming machine, ensuring the continuous production of slats.
- Stack slats onto designated pallets or containers in an organized and efficient manner.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure that slats meet specified standards for size and appearance.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a smooth and productive workflow.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies to maintain a secure and hazard-free work environment.
- Keep work area clean and organized to facilitate efficient production and ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or issues promptly to supervisors or maintenance staff.
- Assist in other production tasks as needed, promoting a flexible and cooperative work atmosphere.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to work Monday to Friday from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Team player with effective communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
