Maintenance Technician – Wooster, OH (1st Shift)
Shift: 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm
Location: Wooster, OH

Primary Responsibilities:
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production machinery.
• Add oil and grease to bearings as needed.
• Replace bearings and other worn mechanical components.
• Inspect, adjust, and replace belts.
• Evaluate and document the overall mechanical condition of equipment.
• Clean around and beneath machinery (equipment will be shut down during maintenance).
• Use standard hand tools to complete maintenance tasks and minor repairs.
• Safely work on raised platforms while following company safety standards.
Requirements:
• Steel toe boots required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using basic hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Comfortable working at heights and on elevated platforms.
• Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision.
• Previous industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Reliable attendance is essential.
