**Position Title:** Industrial Painter- Warren Area
**Employment Type:** Temp to Hire
**Shift:** 1st shift, 6:45am-3pm, Monday-Thursday
**Responsibilities:**
- Apply paint coatings to industrial equipment, structures, and surfaces using various methods such as spraying, rolling, and brushing.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as necessary.
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired finishes and coatings.
- Operate and maintain painting equipment, including spray guns, brushes, and rollers.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with shop maintenance during downtime, including sweeping and organizing work areas.
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience as an industrial painter or similar role.
- Proficiency in painting techniques and equipment operation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Willingness to eventually transition to full-time employment.
