Front Desk Clerk

Mancan is working with a resort in Millersburg seeking a front desk clerk. This is a temp to hire opportunity for the right candidate based upon attitude, attendance, and performance. Pay starts at $15 per hour, but may increase based on experience. Standard hours are 7am-3:30pm, but may vary based on the needs of the hotel. Must be available weekends and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently
- Provide knowledgeable information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly with a service-oriented approach
- Process payments, room charges, and billing inquiries accurately
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous hotel, office, or customer service experience required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
