Quality Control Lab Technician

Mancan Staffing is assisting a leading manufacturing company in Kent that is looking to hire a full-time experienced Quality Lab Technician to join their team!
Pay rate will be starting at $21/hr, based on experience
Monday-Friday 7am-3pm
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop and write work instructions and inspection plans
• Creates & Maintains Product Certifications
• Participate in and lead corrective action and continuous improvement projects
• Performs Capability Studies, PPAPs and First Article inspections as needed
• Act as an Internal Auditor for all quality processes
• Support manufacturing in qualifying any process changes that affect manufactured products
• Assists with all Regulatory & Statutory requirements (Reach, RoHs, CA Prop65, etc.)
• Test products
• Process Nonconforming Material and RMA’s
• Maintain QMS Documentation. (Certifications, MSDS, inspection sheets, etc.)
• Train quality technicians and manufacturing personnel in proper inspection processes
• Keep lab clean and orderly
Minimum Requirements
• Associate or bachelors in quality/technical field, preferred
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience
• PC skills required with knowledge of Microsoft 365 products
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Attention to detail
