Key Responsibilities
* Operate manual, semi-automatic, and automatic machinery to meet production goals
* Use power and hand tools to assemble high-quality HVAC products
* Verify product specifications using measuring tools
* Perform quality inspections and report any issues
* Adjust machine settings to maintain efficient production
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
* Assist with additional duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
* High School Diploma or GED
* Prior experience in product fabrication, material processing, or hands-on manufacturing
* Ability to read blueprints and operate precision measuring tools is a plus
* Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
* Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
* Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
Shift Details
Training on 1st Shift is required: Monday–Thursday, 6:00AM–4:30PM
After training, employees transition to **3rd Shift**, with shift differential pay included
