Mancan Staffing Temporary Employment Agency is looking for a maintenance/janitorial person in Naples FL for 1st Shift.
Pay Rate $18 per hour
2 weeks starting frb 2nd thru Feb 13th ,
8:00 am to 4:00 pm
The job includes operating a chip spinning machine to remove oil from metal scrap, using a floor cleaning machine and mops and use floor machine/wash floor and vacuums simulataneously, repair, installation and de-installation. The job also may include signing out raw materials to the machinists. . Also, must be able to lift heavy weight (up to 45 lbs on occasion), be on their feet all day and do a lot of walking and climbing. Must speak fluent English.
Performs maintenance work for Repairs, buildings, disassembles, and documents all aspects of building and machine tool maintenance. Work is performed under general supervision with limited latitude. Position exercises some judgment in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, and techniques.

• Performs repair work on all production equipment in the plant
• Reads and interprets electronic and mechanical schematics for repair procedures
• Repairs electrical lighting systems in buildings
• Maintains schedules and documents all aspects of building maintenance
• Maintains and repairs plumbing systems
• Maintains and repairs interior and exterior finishes of buildings
• Paints interior and exterior walls and trim; perform paint touch ups and repairs
• Keeps facilities clean in appearance, removing trash as required
• Orders needed supplies for building or machine maintenance
• Assists with the dismantling of machines and equipment to gain access to problem areas
• Assists with the inspection of parts to detect wear, misalignment, or other problems
• Assists with the removal and replacement of worn or defective parts of drive mechanisms or hydraulic systems
• Assists in installing, uninstalling, and moving machines
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED; supplemented by two or more years’ maintenance experience; electrical experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of education, certification, training, and/or experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• Knowledge of the basic principles of plumbing, painting, electricity, cement and carpentry
• Knowledge of the rules involved in the safe and efficient operation of mechanical equipment
• Knowledge and understanding of ISO 13485 and FDA 21CFR820 as it pertains to the job, on the job training provided
• Skilled in the use of computer software including but not limited to Microsoft Outlook and Word, Visual Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and machine maintenance tracking software
• Ability to read and interpret electronic and mechanical schematics for repair procedures
• Ability to learn to diagnose and replace and/or repair faulty mechanical equipment
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide
• Ability to organize work for timely completion
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions
• Ability to establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work
• Ability to clearly communicate and understand information in English, both orally and in writing.
