Pay: $13/hour + Double Pay on Holidays
Full-time OR Part-Time 2nd Shift — must be available to work any day of the week, including holidays (may have a possibility of leading to 1st shift position)

Mancan Staffing is hiring Call Center Representatives for a caring, supportive, team-oriented call center in Weirton, WV. In this role, you will handle inbound calls for a variety of clients—including home repair companies, doctor’s offices, realtors, veterinary clinics, and transportation companies—when their offices are closed. Representatives follow on-screen prompts, gather information, and accurately transcribe messages for clients.
✨ What You’ll Do:
• Answer inbound calls in a professional, friendly, and caring manner
• Follow on-screen prompts and scripts to collect accurate information
• Transcribe messages clearly and efficiently
• Assist callers from a wide range of industries
• Maintain a supportive and positive team environment
• Work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
✔ Requirements:
• Must be available to work any day of the week and holidays
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Accurate typing skills and the ability to type messages quickly and clearly
• Ability to navigate on-screen prompts and enter information efficiently
• Comfortable handling calls from various industries
