We are currently hiring **Full-Time Production Workers** for multiple departments, including:
* Machine Operators
* Welders
* Metal Finishers
* Powder Coaters
* Assemblers
* Shipping
* General Labor
**Machine operation or welding experience is a plus**, but not required for all positions.
**Job Requirements**
* Ability to lift **30–40 lbs**
* Good mechanical aptitude
* Dependable with strong attendance
* Ability to pass a **drug screen** and **national background check**
**Pay & Growth**
* **Starting Pay:** $17.00/hour
* **Raises:** $0.32 increase every **50 working days** with good attendance
* **Annual raises** once hired in
**Schedule**
* **Training:** 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
* **Assigned Shift:** 3rd Shift | 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
* **Hours:** Full-time, 40 hours per week with possible overtime
