JOB OVERVIEW
Mancan Zanesville is hiring experienced Construction Foremen and Crew Members to assist with residential renovation and rehabilitation projects. This position involves hands-on construction work focused on restoring and improving residential properties.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Rehabilitate and renovate residential homes
• Perform framing, drywall, painting, flooring, and cabinetry work
• Complete trim work and detailed finish carpentry
• Drive a truck and trailer (non-CDL)
• Load, unload, and transport materials
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Follow safety guidelines and project instructions
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
• Construction or home renovation experience preferred
• Supervisor or Foreman experience is a plus
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be able to drive a truck and trailer
• Able to lift materials and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
