Warehouse Associate

Mancan is working with a company in Dundee seeking a warehouse associate. This is a temp to hire opportunity. Hours are Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm with overtime as needed. Pay is based on experience, between $17-$25 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist truck drivers with incoming and outgoing freight
- Verify delivery receipts and shipping documents to ensure all items are received accurately
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring products are properly packaged and secured to prevent shipping damage
- Maintain a clean, neat, and organized warehouse environment
- Monitor warehouse activity and reports to assist with scheduling truck drivers and planning upcoming shipments
- Communicate with office staff and truck drivers to support efficient operations
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately, neatly, and on time
- Confirm orders are complete and all pieces are accounted for before shipment
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior warehouse experience. Forklift experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage paperwork accurately
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and operate warehouse equipment for extended periods
