Job Title: Molding Operator (1st Shift) Group B
Location: Ashtabula
Shift: 1st Shift (6 AM - 6 PM) 12 hour rotating shifts
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
📦 Perform press operations including but not limited to loading and unloading stock & inserts, finishing, sorting, gauging, cutting, and/or packaging.
🔍 Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the Molding Supervisor.
📄 Read and follow CMS Routing work instructions.
💻 Perform basic data input for job production and labor reporting.
🧹 Maintain the equipment and surrounding work area in a clean and orderly condition.
Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
🔧 Familiarity with all presses, proper methods, tools, and equipment needed to make a quality part in a safe manner.
🖥️ Ability to understand basic data input methods and procedures.
🤝 Ability to work and communicate well with others.
📚 Basic math and reading skills.
Physical Demands:
💪 Must lift 25 lbs.
🚶♂️ Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move about the facility.
