Machine Shop Laborer – Will Train
Location: Ashtabula, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $15 to start
We are currently seeking an additional team member for a local machine shop in Ashtabula. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to get into manufacturing or grow their skills in a hands-on shop environment.
Job Duties Include:
* Operating saws and assisting with basic machine shop operations
* Performing miscellaneous shop tasks as needed
* Assisting skilled operators and learning shop processes
* Maintaining a clean and safe work area
Qualifications:
* No prior machine shop experience required — willing to train
* Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
* Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
This is a steady, full-time, first-shift opportunity in a growing shop environment. If you have candidates interested, applications are welcome.
