Office Manager – Full Time
Location: Middlefield, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week (In-Office) 8am-4:30pm

Job Summary
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Office Manager to support daily administrative, customer service, inventory, and marketing functions. This role requires strong multitasking, communication, and time-management skills in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Enter and manage customer orders in QuickBooks Enterprise
• Send order confirmations, updates, and customer invoices
• Track and expedite orders; resolve customer issues
• Prepare customer quotes
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and warehouse status
• Coordinate shipping documents, packing lists, freight carriers, and claims
• Assist with phones and general office duties
• Manage website backend, CRM, and social media presence
• Support marketing and promotional activities
• Update work instructions and shop documentation
Requirements
• Associate’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; QuickBooks experience strongly preferred
• Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
• Valid driver’s license required (local trips within 10 miles; mileage reimbursed)
