### **Job Summary**
We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated **Material Handler** for a **direct hire opportunity** in the Warren, Ohio area. This position is on **3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)** and requires flexibility for **mandatory overtime**. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
### **Essential Job Duties**
* Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility
* Maintain accurate material flow to support production and operations
* Perform general material handling duties, including lifting, stacking, and palletizing
* Operate material handling equipment as required (pallet jacks, forklifts if applicable)
* Follow all safety policies, procedures, and company guidelines
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Work overtime as required to meet production demands
### **Requirements**
* **Clean background check required**
* **Pre-employment drug screen required**
* **Valid driver’s license required** with **no more than 3 points**
* Ability to work **3rd shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)**
* Willingness to work **mandatory overtime**
* **Resume required**
* **Interview required**
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties
* Reliable transportation and attendance
### **Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments
