### **Quality Inspector / Group Leader**
**Location:** Niles Area
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM start
**Pay Rate:** $20.00 – $23.00 per hour (based on experience)
#### **Job Summary**
We are currently seeking a **Quality Inspector / Group Leader** to oversee quality standards and support team leadership in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for inspecting products, ensuring compliance with specifications, and guiding team members to maintain high-quality output.
#### **Responsibilities**
* Inspect products and materials to ensure quality standards are met
* Identify defects and document inspection results
* Lead and support a small group of team members
* Communicate quality issues to supervisors and management
* Ensure safety and quality procedures are followed at all times
* Assist with training and coaching employees as needed
* Operate forklifts and other equipment as required
#### **Requirements**
* Previous quality inspection and/or group lead experience preferred
* Valid Driver’s License (no more than **3 points**)
* Ability to pass a **forklift test**
* Resume required
* Must complete an interview process
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
