Utility Person

Mancan is working with a company in Berlin looking for a utility person. This is a temp to hire opportunity. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm with overtime on Saturdays as needed. The pay starts at $16 per hour with an increase after 90 days based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with setting up machines for production.
- Clean, wash, and dry parts. Putting parts into ovens for curing.
- Perform visual inspections of parts for quality assurance. Complete production logs and other paperwork.
- Handle basic janitorial duties, including sweeping floors and emptying trash.
- Operate rubber molding presses as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Previous work experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong computer skills.
