Bilingual Trainer

Mancan is working with a company in Berlin seeking a bilingual trainer. This is a temp to hire opportunity. Hours are midnight-8am, Monday-Friday with overtime on Saturdays as needed. The pay is $16 per hour plus a $1 per hour shift differential.
Key Responsibilities
- Train new and existing employees on press operation, safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions
- Communicate training clearly in English and Spanish to ensure understanding across the workforce
- Operate presses as needed to assist in production
- Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching, feedback, and corrective instruction
- Ensure compliance with safety rules, lockout/tagout procedures, and company policies
- Work closely with supervisors and quality teams to address skill gaps and process issues
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous manufacturing experience. Press operating experience preferred
- Prior training experience in an industrial environment
- Ability to communicate clearly, patiently, and effectively with employees at all skill levels
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to lead by example
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
