Shift: Day Shift working 6am-6pm
Overview:
Join our team as a Product Inspector at our Ashtabula, OH Manufacturing Facility! 🚀 Your role is pivotal in our quality department, ensuring all rubber gasket products meet our high standards before packaging and shipping. 📦
Essential Job Duties:
Secondary Visual Inspection: Conduct thorough visual inspections on rubber molded gaskets to ensure they meet all quality requirements. 🔍
Packaging: Utilize weight scales for precise packaging of parts. ⚖️
Clean-Up: Use small hand tools for additional clean-up of parts. 🛠️
Rework: Perform periodic rework on parts to maintain quality standards. 🔄
Documentation: Properly document instances of rejecting non-conforming parts. 📋
Shipping Preparation: Package approved parts for shipping. 📦🚚
Required Skills:
Technical Knowledge: Current knowledge or the ability to learn to read and understand specs and product quality requirements. 📚
Basic Math & Reading: Must have basic math and reading skills. ➕🔤
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is a must. 👀
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills. 🗣️✍️
Teamwork: Ability to work well with others and take direction. 🤝
Data Input: Ability to understand basic data input methods and procedures. 💻
Adaptability: Ability to work and communicate well with others. 🌟
