Pay & Schedule
💲 $60,000 Annual Salary
🕗 Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You'll Do
• Maintain the city's accounting records and general ledger
• Oversee municipal revenues, expenditures, and financial reporting
• Process payroll and accounts payable
• Coordinate annual audits, employee benefits, and pension reporting
• Manage municipal income tax collection
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Supervise a team of three full-time employees
• Serve as a trusted financial advisor to City Council

Qualifications
• Must be a Nelsonville resident
• Must be a qualified elector for at least one year prior to the November 2026 election
• Strong accounting, financial management, and leadership experience preferred
