General Laborer

A small shop in North Akron is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a General Laborer.
Work Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay is $17-$20/hr BOE
Responsibilities:
• Stand for 8 hours per day while performing job duties.
• Perform packaging and assembly of products and wires.
• Use hand tools for various tasks.
• Engage in grinding and other warehouse duties.
• Ensure the quality of work is maintained at all times.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals.
• Read and write to follow instructions and document work.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience with hand tools and grinding.
• Experience in warehouse duties is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to read and write effectively.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual with good attendance record.
