As an Installation Helper, you’ll support experienced technicians with the installation and servicing of **water softeners, filtration systems, and reverse osmosis units** in both residential and commercial settings. ### 🔧 What You’ll Do:
* Assist lead technicians with installing water treatment systems and related equipment
* Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment
* Prepare job sites and maintain a clean, safe work environment
* Perform basic plumbing and mechanical tasks under supervision
* Assist with system testing, start-up, and post-install cleanup
* Provide friendly, professional customer service at job sites
* Follow all safety policies and procedures
* Travel to customer locations as scheduled

### ✅ What We’re Looking For:
* High school diploma or GED preferred
* Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn plumbing skills
* Ability to safely use hand and power tools
* Strong work ethic with reliable attendance
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Ability to lift up to **75 lbs** and perform physical labor
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (preferred)
