Northfield Mancan is assisting a company in Bedford who is looking for Rotary Die Cutter Machine Operators. This will be a 1st shift position 7am-3:30pm and the pay will be based on experience. You will be required to load die cylinders, anvil blankets/plates, feeding/vacuum transfer systems, stacker or bundler configuration.
While sharing operation of the machine, you will assist with setups, runs, quality monitoring, maintenance support, and material handling to ensure the delivery of Perfect Boxes, fast/accurate setups, and responsive manufacturing. This role is foundational in mastering rotary die cutter operations and preparing for advancement.
Candidates Must have High school diploma/GED, able to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 50 lbs, work around dust, noise, and adhesives. You must be able to follow directions, have a willingness to learn and be reliable. This position may require you to work overtime.
