**Job Description:**
We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals for a general labor position in Alliance with **temp-to-hire potential**. Duties include **assembly line work, stacking, packaging**, and other physically demanding tasks in a production environment. This role requires a **strong team player** who can follow directions, work well with others, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced setting.
**Requirements:**
* Ability to perform physical labor in a production setting
* Assembly line, stacking, and packaging experience preferred
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills
* Able to work full shift, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
