📍 Service Areas: Alliance and approximately twenty-mile radius.
⭐ What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll help keep properties in top shape by performing general exterior and interior maintenance, repair, and leasehold improvement work, including:
Plumbing and electrical repairs
Carpentry and general building repairs
Painting, drywalling, and finishing work
Working with hand & power tools
Troubleshooting mechanical issues and completing repairs efficiently
Operating light construction equipment such as skid steer and lifts
Providing excellent service and communication with building owners, their managers, and employees.
✅ What They’re Looking For:
• Mechanical aptitude with hands-on maintenance experience
• Some knowledge of plumbing and electrical
• Strong customer service skills (professional, friendly, dependable)
• Great driving record (you will be driving a company vehicle)
• Non-smoker or vaper
• Ability to work independently and take pride in quality work

💰 Pay: $ 60,000 - $80,000/year (approximate salary based on experience)
• Includes Insurance, vacation time, IRA match
🕒 Schedule: 40 hours/week
