Restoration Technician

Northfield Mancan is assisting a company in Bedford Heights who is looking for high energy restoration technicans. This is a 1st shift position 8am-5pm and you must have previous restoration or construction experience. Pay will be based on experience and you must have a valid Drivers license and less than 2 points on your license.
As a Restoration Technician, you will be on the front lines of disaster recovery, providing essential restoration services to both commercial and residential properties affected by water damage. Your role is critical in helping our clients return to their normal lives as quickly as possible.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in restoration work, particularly related to water damage.
Ability to work in challenging conditions and handle physically demanding tasks.
Strong customer service skills and empathy for clients in distress.
Valid driver’s license with less than 2 points
Detail-oriented with the ability to follow complex instructions.
Flexibility to work on-call for emergency situations.
