🕕 Shift: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
💲 Pay: $17–$18/hour (based on experience)
📅 4-Day Work Week — Fridays Off!
🔧 Position Summary
A manufacturing company in Willoughby is looking for a dependable Powder Coater to join their team on 1st shift. This role is responsible for preparing parts, applying powder coat finishes, and ensuring high-quality finished products.
🛠️ Job Responsibilities
Clean, sand, mask, and hang parts for coating
Apply powder coat using spray equipment
Load and unload parts from curing ovens
Inspect finished products for quality and proper coverage
Perform touch-ups and rework when needed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
✅ Qualifications
Previous powder coating experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail
Reliable attendance and team-oriented mindset
