🕕 Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
💲 Pay: $17–$18/hour (based on experience)
🔧 Position Overview
A manufacturing company in Willoughby is seeking reliable Brake Press Operators for a weekend shift. Candidates will train on 1st shift before moving to the weekend schedule.
🗓️ Training Schedule:
Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Once training is complete, you’ll transition to the Friday–Sunday 6AM–6PM schedule.
🛠️ Job Responsibilities
• Set up and operate brake press machinery
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders
• Measure and inspect finished parts for accuracy 📏
• Perform adjustments to ensure quality production
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
✅ Qualifications
• Previous brake press or metal fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to read measuring tools (calipers, tape measures, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Dependable with solid attendance
