**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented **Quality Assurance Technician** to join a manufacturing team in Alliance. This role is ideal for someone who is technically savvy, precise, and takes pride in maintaining high quality standards.
**Responsibilities:**
* Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
* Accurately read and use **micrometers** and other measuring tools
* Interpret **blueprints and technical documents**
* Document inspection results and enter data into computer systems
* Identify defects and communicate findings with production and management
* Maintain a clean and organized inspection area
**Requirements:**
* Ability to **read micrometers** (required)
* **Tech-savvy** and comfortable using computers
* Highly **detail-oriented** with strong attention to accuracy
* Strong understanding of **quality control processes**
* Excellent **problem-solving skills**
* Previous QA or manufacturing inspection experience preferred
* Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
