Mancan is working with a company in Big Prairie looking for Assemblers to join their team for 1st shift. This is a temp to hire opportunity for the right candidate based upon attitude, attendance, and performance. Pay is $16 per hour. Hours are Monday-Friday, 6am-3:30pm. Saturday overtime may be required based on production needs.
Duties:
- Assemble kits for small boxed toilets used in RVs and boats.
- The job involves lifting objects weighing up to 50lbs repeatedly. You must be able to stand for long periods of time, bend, and twist as part of the assembly process.
- The role requires working at a fast pace to meet production goals and maintain efficiency.
