Customer Service Sales Rep

Mancan has partnered with a Bedford Heights cleaning company who is in search of a Customer Service Rep. This will be a 1st shift Full time position and pay will be based on exp. This company requires that you have previous office experience, Phone skills, and customer service experience. This position will require you to work every other Saturday.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls from customers and addressing their inquiries, complaints, feedback, and requests
- Scheduling appointments for cleaning services and confirming details with customers and cleaners
- Upselling additional services and products to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Making occasional outbound sales calls to potential customers and generating leads
- Updating customer records and databases with relevant information
- Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in a call center, customer service, or sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office
- A positive, friendly, and professional attitude
- A willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations
- Availability to work 9-6 Mon-Fri and every other Saturday
