**Process Technician – Newton Falls, OH**
**Pay:** $20–$30 per hour (Based on Resume & Interview)
**Shift:** 2nd Shift | 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM
**Status:** Temp-to-Hire
**Position Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Process Technician for a plastic injection molding facility in the Newton Falls area. This position is responsible for mold set-ups, troubleshooting, and optimizing molding processes to ensure products meet quality and production standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Perform mold start-ups, changeovers, and process troubleshooting
* Monitor and adjust molding parameters to maintain quality and efficiency
* Diagnose and correct issues with molds, machines, automation, and materials
* Conduct mold trials and verify part conformance to specifications
* Perform line clearances and product inspections prior to production approval
* Work with quality and production teams to minimize downtime
* Maintain a safe and organized work environment
**Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma or trade/vocational training
* Minimum 5 years of plastic injection molding experience required
* Mold setup/tear-down and plastic troubleshooting experience required
* Experience with Nissei, Cincinnati, Toshiba, or Toyo machines preferred
* Plastics Technology or RJG Master Molding certification a plus
* Forklift and overhead crane experience preferred
