Job Title: Welder
Are you skilled in Mig and Tig welding and ready to join a top-notch team? Mancan Staffing is looking for a dedicated Welder to operate high-tech equipment and create quality metal parts in a safe, supportive environment.
What You’ll Do:
• Weld with Precision: Use Mig and Tig welding methods to join, cut, and fabricate metal parts and assemblies.
• Operate Equipment: Run a computer-based crane and a shape-cutting table safely and accurately.
• Ensure Quality: Inspect finished products and make adjustments as needed to meet high standards.
• Handle Materials: Lift and manage components up to 50 lbs. safely.
• Stay Safe: Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure workspace.
• Record & Report: Keep accurate records of welding procedures, equipment use, and quality checks.
Schedule & Compensation:
• Full-time: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Pay based on experience
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience with Mig and Tig welding
• Comfort operating computer-based cranes and shape-cutting tables
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Knowledge of safety procedures
• Basic computer skills for equipment operation and documentation
