💼 Position Overview
Role: Packer – Production Team Member
Pay: $17/hr during temp phase
Opportunity: Pay increase upon permanent hire
Schedule: Rotating 12-hour shifts (days & nights)
Work Pattern: 14 days worked within a 28-day cycle
Weekly Hours: 36–48 hours (varies by schedule)
Overtime: Available on a voluntary basis
📦 What You’ll Do
Pack finished products from the assembly line into boxes for shipment
Seal, label, and prepare packages with accuracy and attention to detail
Assist with staging, stacking, and organizing products for storage and shipping
Support shipping and receiving operations as needed
Identify and remove defective products to maintain quality standards
Follow all production and safety guidelines to keep operations running smoothly
🧰 What We’re Looking For
Prior packaging, warehouse, or assembly line experience preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment
Willingness to work rotating day/night swing shifts
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently throughout a 12-hour shift
Must be able to stand, bend, and move continuously during shift
