Mancan Staffing is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bread Baker to join a hardworking bakery team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently, following established recipes, and producing consistent, high-quality baked goods during overnight shifts.
Position Details:
Pay: $14.00 per hour
Schedule: Overnight shifts beginning after 5:00 PM, typically lasting 10–12 hours. Some schedule flexibility may be available.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and bake a variety of breads according to established recipes
• Follow detailed instructions to ensure product consistency and quality
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Manage time efficiently throughout the shift
• Work independently with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working overnight hours
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Able to work independently and maintain productivity
