**Job Title: Painter and Prepper**
**Location:** Fairview
**Shift:** 2nd Shift, Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:30AM
**Pay:** $22-$26 hour Based on Expierence
**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Painter and Prepper to join our team in Fairview. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in both painting and preparing surfaces for painting. This role involves working on weekdays during the 2nd shift.
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary.
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes to various surfaces following specified instructions.
- Ensure quality and precision in painting tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
**Requirements:**
- Prior experience in painting and surface preparation.
- Knowledge of various painting techniques and tools.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving standing, bending, and lifting.
