Plastics Molding Company | Full-Time | Night Shift
Are you dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to build a career in manufacturing? We’re looking for a motivated Press Operator to join our growing plastics molding team! If you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing quality products, this could be the perfect fit for you.
What You’ll Do:
• Operate plastic molding presses and related equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor machines to ensure smooth production and consistent output
• Perform mold changes, setups, and basic adjustments
• Inspect products during production to maintain high-quality standards
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues to reduce downtime
• Handle materials and molds according to company procedures
• Work closely with the production team to meet daily goals
• Maintain accurate production records
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
What We’re Looking For:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous press operator or manufacturing experience preferred
• Plastics molding experience is a plus
• Basic mechanical skills and strong problem-solving ability
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and specifications
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player with good communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Willingness to work nights and weekends if needed
• Commitment to workplace safety
Schedule & Pay:
🕙 Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
💵 Pay: $14.25 per hour
