We’re looking for skilled and detail-oriented **Slitting Technicians** to join our manufacturing team in Alliance! In this role, you’ll set up, operate, and maintain slitting machines to precisely cut and rewind materials such as paper and plastic into smaller rolls or sheets based on exact specifications.
### 🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate slitting machines safely and accurately
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products
• Adjust machine speed, tension, and blade settings for precision
• Inspect materials and ensure quality standards are met
• Monitor machine performance and make minor repairs/adjustments
• Track production data (materials, output, downtime)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Follow company guidelines for safety, quality, and production
- Lift up to 70 lbs but not frequent - lifting devices & two people lifting.
- Bend and move frequently
