Marietta Mancan is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join a local team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience using QuickBooks and be comfortable handling a variety of administrative and bookkeeping tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities include:
• Entering customer and vendor invoices into the system
• Filing and organizing paperwork
• Answering customer calls and responding to inquiries professionally
• Sending invoices and collecting payments
• Paying bills and maintaining accurate financial records
• Assisting with payroll and associated taxes
• Preparing oil and gas quarterly/yearly reports (experience preferred but not required)
• Providing professional customer service and general office support
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of QuickBooks experience required
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Attention to detail and accuracy with financial records
Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour (starting office rate)
