BARBERTON MANCAN TEMPORARY STAFFING EMPLOYMENT AGENCY is assisting a unionized, local, family-owned Barberton company seeking a dependable, determined Compounders.
JOB DETAILS:
•Weigh/measure materials and ingredients, working the production line, loading/unloading material, wrapping material
• Full time, temporary to permanent opportunity
• Pay is $16.25/hr- $17/hr once hired in
• 2nd shift M-TH from 3:30p-1:30a- may train on 1st shift 6a-4p for 2 weeks
** 4-10 hour shifts- 3 day weekend! **
REQUIREMENTS:
• Any experience in rubber manufacturing given special consideration
• Moderate lifting
• Steel Toed Boots
• Submit to a drug screen and background check.
