Job Title: Assembly Associate – Inserts Department (1st Shift)
Location: Johnstown, Ohio
Shift: 1st Shift Mon - Thurs 6:15am - 2:45 pm - Fri 5:00 am- 1:30pm
Payrate - $16.50 hour – temp to hire
Mancan Staffing is currently seeking dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join a growing team in Johnstown, Ohio as an Assembly Associate in the Inserts Department. This position plays an important role in the production of specialized tire patch inserts. Job Responsibilities
• Assemble and prepare insert products according to company quality and safety standards
• Operate assembly equipment and tools as required
• Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Assist with other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift as required
• Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
Requirements:
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
