Northfield Mancan is assisting a Macedonia company who is filling a position for Human Resource Generalist. MUST have a Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field, 3+ years relevant experience in manufacturing human resources setting and Previous experience with ADA, FMLA, OSHA, EEOA.
The HR Generalist is responsible for managing all plant-level human resources functions, ensuring compliance with federal and state employment laws, overseeing payroll processes, and serving as the primary HR contact for all employees. This role partners closely with plant leadership to support employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, training, and policy administration. The HR Generalist plays a key role in supporting a positive work environment, driving HR initiatives, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
