Warehouse Associate

Mancan Parma seeking warehouse associates for a client in Westlake. Special project lasting approximately 2 to 3 months. Pay is $17.50hr. 8am-430pm Mon-Fri. Previous warehouse experience is preferred. Company is a NO SMOKING facility so you are not able to smoke on company grounds.
About the role:
The Warehouse Associate position will be responsible for a variety of duties, including light assembly replacing component on each item, moving materials (unpack, repack), prepare items for shipping, and keep warehouse clean and organized with essential products and equipment.
Essential Functions:
• Assembly work with hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, etc.)
• Move materials off racks and unpack/ and re-package for shipment
• Follow all safety codes
• Work accurately and at a steady pace
• Light Assembly - replacing parts on medical devices
• Assist with loading and unloading of shipments
• Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
• Identify damage, loss, or surplus of materials
• Keep warehouse clean and orderly
• Carry out other tasks as assigned
Skills and Abilities:

• May have to use iPad for tracking
Education and Experience:
• High School diploma or equivalent
