Production Operator

Northfield Mancan is assisting a company in Twinsburg that is looking for Production Operators. This will be a temporary-hire position but that will be based on job performance and attendance. This will be a 1st shift position 6am-2:30pm Monday-Friday will the possibility of working 1/2 days on Saturdays for Overtime. The starting pay rate will be $15 an hour. Once hired in the company offers pay increases, 401k match, paid vacations, and medical benefits.

The Production operator is responsible for daily production runs, bagging, assembling, and running machines as the customer orders require. It is your responsibility to complete the jobs given in a timely manner, in line with quality standards, and maintain our safety guidelines while performing these tasks. Tasks will range from bagging filter media, machine cutting foam, to loading and unloading trucks, and additional tasks as necessary.
