Job Title: Production Associate (Skilled Trades)
Location: Mineral Wells, WV
Job Summary
We are seeking multiple Production Associates to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates with experience in plumbing, electrical work, trim carpentry, or general carpentry are strongly encouraged to apply. This role involves hands-on assembly, installation, and finishing work on specialized units, requiring attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform installation and assembly of components including plumbing, electrical systems, and structural elements
• Execute trim and finish carpentry work with precision
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and effectively
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and production deadlines
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues during the production process
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications
• Experience in at least one of the following: plumbing, electrical, trim carpentry, or general carpentry
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Basic understanding of construction or mechanical systems
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow technical instructions
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in manufacturing or modular construction
• Experience reading blueprints or schematics
• OSHA safety training (a plus, not required)

Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to work in a production/shop environment

Schedule & Compensation
• Full-time positions available
• Overtime may be required based on production needs
• Pay based on experience
