Mechanical Oil & Gas Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Fabricator to assemble, test, and prepare oil and gas equipment according to engineering specifications and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Fabricate and test equipment using drawings, schematics, P&IDs, and work instructions
Assemble components based on detailed prints using appropriate tools and equipment
Install components such as conduit, flanges, valves, pumps, gauges, regulators, and tubing
Operate shop equipment including saws, drill presses, pipe threading machines, tube benders, and grinders
Use overhead cranes and lifting equipment safely
Perform pipe threading and assembly
Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
Conduct testing (hydrostatic and pneumatic) to ensure compliance
Prepare finished units for shipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications:
2+ years of mechanical assembly experience preferred
Oil & gas experience preferred
Experience with hydro testing and pressure control standards
Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
Strong attention to detail
Good communication skills
Problem-solving mindset
Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb as needed
Lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs
Follow all safety procedures including ladder use
