We’re looking for **two motivated and detail-driven Account Service Representatives** to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with customers, and have a knack for organization and problem-solving—this could be the perfect fit for you.
💲 **Starting Pay:** $18.67/hr *(negotiable based on experience)*
💼 **What You’ll Do:**
As an ASR, you’ll be the **go-to contact for your assigned customers**, managing everything from order placement to final delivery. You’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly while ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction.
🔹 Process and manage customer orders with accuracy
🔹 Track orders and provide updates on status and delivery timelines
🔹 Coordinate with internal teams like Sales, Production, and Prepress
🔹 Assist with pricing, quoting, and inventory monitoring
🔹 Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
🔹 Maintain organized records and support billing/reporting needs
🎯 **What We’re Looking For:**
✔ 2+ years in customer service, account coordination, or sales support
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Experience in manufacturing, printing, or packaging is a plus
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems
✔ Ability to multitask and stay detail-oriented in a busy environment
🕒 **Schedule:**
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (working lunch)
