Job Title: Electrician Apprentice (Temp-to-Perm)
Location: Marietta, OH
Pay: $18–$22/hour (based on experience)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Electrician Apprentice to join our team in Marietta, Ohio. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity with a reputable construction company, offering hands-on experience and long-term growth potential. The apprentice will work directly under a Master Electrician, assisting with a variety of electrical tasks on residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Master Electrician with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
• Pull wire, install conduit, outlets, switches, and fixtures
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and electrical codes
• Support troubleshooting and problem-solving on job sites
Qualifications:
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems or prior construction experience preferred
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced electricians
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments
• Must have reliable transportation
• OSHA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
